and complete jobs awaiting setup, test and shipment.

Please check all 3 categories.

Since Level Two and Level Three customers 

purchase a guaranteed completion date, they

have a huge head start - and in high gear.  If 

your job becomes urgent but you're still far from

the bottom, simply shift up to a faster turn time.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU HAVE AGREED

IN WRITING THAT LEVEL TWO AND LEVEL THREE

CUSTOMERS WILL COME BEFORE LEVEL ONE -

THEY HAVE PAID A SUBSTANTIAL EXTRA FEE

FOR THIS SPECIAL CONSIDERATION.  TO LEVEL

ONE CUSTOMERS:  HOW LONG I'VE HAD YOUR

RADIO WAS BY   YOUR   DECREE, NOT MINE!

Note that overall shop efficiency dictates which

job I pick next, not necessarily the exact order

in which they appear on the list.  This page is

designed to prevent time-wasting inquiries, so

asking why Joe came first defeats the purpose!

Letters after your name = your chosen options.

Anything else is "For office use only" - don't ask

about it because there's nothing wrong!  I can't

recite play-by-play of each individual action I take.

Reminder to Level One customers - you are NOT 

allowed to pressure me with "How much longer"

inquiries - you have agreed to this IN WRITING.

The way to speed up your job is to UPGRADE.

When a unit ships, I always, always, ALWAYS contact

the customer with the tracking information.  Don't worry

guys, I've been doing this for awhile - "I got this"
